In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or product doesn’t meet your expectation. Simply notify us so that we can arrange for an exchange.

- Take a photo of the packages
- Take a close up photo of the shipping label
- Please ensure that the photo is very clear.
- Kindly send us all the photos alongside your order number via email.
We will process this as soon as we receive and check the incorrect product. Due to the nature of the business, Once your order leaves our facility you will not qualify for any refund or return unless you are faced with any of the reasons on our F.A.Qs Page.
You cannot edit an order after you place it, e.g., products, shipping address, and coupons. Please make a new order and email email@example.com, including your old order number in the subject line and a request to cancel it in the body of the email.
NOTE: We cancel all pending orders without payment after 2 days.
